Staff Designer · New York City
Designer with 10+ years of experience across enterprise SaaS, developer tools, and AI infrastructure. Currently Staff Designer at Usercentrics, leading design for MCP Manager.
Background
My work often lives in areas where there are no established patterns yet, which means the job is not just designing the interface, but helping define the system itself.
Across Conductor, Visor, and MCP Manager, the common thread has been taking unfamiliar, high-complexity problems and turning them into products people can actually use. At Visor, I was the sole designer for several years and later helped lead the company's shift into AI infrastructure. I went on to lead design for MCP Manager, which helped position the company for acquisition by Usercentrics.
I have a B.A. in Psychology from Baruch College, a background that continues to shape how I think about behavior, clarity, and trust in product design.
How I Work
I work regularly with Claude, Replit, and v0, and I use code when it is the fastest way to test ideas. I am interested in designing for AI systems directly, not just building interfaces around them.
On MCP Manager, the core problem was not visual design. It was making an invisible system understandable and controllable. That is the kind of problem I tend to focus on.
I build and maintain design systems alongside the products I work on. I write specs and documentation that make it easy for teams to move without needing constant design involvement.

Systems-minded · Clear structure over clever UI · Bias toward shipping

Outside Work
I spend a lot of time outdoors, biking and hiking when I can. I travel frequently and read across a mix of history, philosophy, and fiction.
I am also learning languages. Russian is my first language, though I've lost much of it. I speak English, and I am currently working on Spanish, Portuguese, and Japanese — the last two being the humbling ones.
